Glossary
A glossary is a collection of words and their translations in certain languages.
Create a Glossary
- Open the "Glossary" section in the NavBar
- Click the "Create Glossary" button
- Enter a name for your glossary
- Select your translation engine type:
- For DeepL: You will see all available DeepL translation engines
- For Google Translate: You will see all available Google Translate engines
- Select your preferred translation engine from the filtered list
- Click "Create" to finish

Add Glossary Items
- Select a glossary from the list to open the Glossary Item List panel
- Click "Add Glossary Item" to create a new entry
- Choose the source language and enter the word
- Configure any additional options if needed
- Click "Add" to create the item
- Select the target language from the dropdown
- Enter the corresponding word - this creates a source-target language pair
Glossary Details
- Glossary Name: The name of the glossary to which the item belongs
- Translation Engine: The translation engine used for this glossary
- Created Date: The date when the glossary item was created
- Last Modified Date: The date when the glossary item was last modified
- Created By: The user who created the glossary item
- Last Modified By: The user who last modified the glossary item

Update Translations
- Open the "Glossary" table
- Select the glossary containing the word you want to update
- Choose the target language from the dropdown
- Find and click the word in the list
- Edit the word directly in the target language field
Ensure that the changes are reflected correctly in the glossary

Default Glossary
- Navigate to the Glossary section for the first time
- Wait for a few moments while the system creates "ST Default Glossary"
- Once created, click on "ST Default Glossary" to view pre-configured items
- View the glossary items
For Google Translate:
- French (FR)
- Italian (IT)
- Japanese (JA)
- Spanish (ES)
- Spanish - Mexico (ES_MX)
- Chinese - Simplified (ZH_CN)
- German (DE)
For DeepL:
- German (DE)
- French (FR)
- Japanese (JA)
- Italian (IT)
- Spanish (ES)
