Email Translation Component

The Email Translation Component automates agent processes in case management, saving time and improving efficiency.

How to use E-Mail Workbench?
  • Users can edit text, translate, use AI assistants, and send emails.
  • The email form auto-populates in the upper section.
  • Clicking "Send" sends the email with the text from the box.
  • AI assistants help with optimizing, rephrasing, shortening, grammar checks...
  • The translation engine translates text and adds it under the Translation tag.

How to use Conversation History?
  • Lists all messages, newest first.
  • Search by sender or content.
  • Click a message to expand and view the full email.
  • The menu button for each message offers:
    • Reply, Reply All, Forward
      • Autofills the Email WorkBench and Email input form.
    • Translate
      • Uses AI to translate the email into the agent's language.
      • Agent language can be shown by selecting the toggle in the top-right corner.
    • ST AI Reply, ST AI Summarize, ST AI To-Do List
      • AI Reply generates a response and autofills the email input form and textarea in WorkBench.
      • AI Summarize highlights key points in a popup.
      • AI To-Do List shows actionable items from the email in a popup.
  • "View Email" shows full email details after expansion.
